Thankyou so much for having this website! I became a big Joe Roth fan over 30 years ago when I saw him for the first time in the fall of '75 in a game against SC which Cal had won. I was so amazed at how this virtually unknown QB had suddently achieved national acclaim. I just recently read the book written by his mom. Wow, what an incredibly inspiring book. Good bless JR, his family and all those who took care of him during his illness; may he rest in peace, He's a modern day Saint!
